Meet Your Neighbor: Miles Anderson, owner of Crossroads Deli in Midland

Crossroads Deli has been open since November 23, 2009 and the Andersons are looking to relocate to better fit their needs. They pride themselves on making fresh, clean high-end sandwiches at the price of a "normal" sandwich.

Chef opens new deli in Midland Community Center

Miles Anderson knew he wanted to be a chef at a young age. His mother's standard answer to "When do we eat?" was "As soon as you get in the kitchen and help me."
